Overview
Make collaboration produce an outcome
A workshop can create energy without resolving what the team should do. Miro provides a collaborative canvas for mapping ideas and working together visually. We use it to help people see a customer journey, process, or set of choices, then leave with decisions someone can carry forward.
We begin with the decision the session needs to support. That determines who should be involved, what context they need before the meeting, and which activities will make differences in perspective visible.
What We Do With it
Boards with a purpose
We can build workshop boards for discovery, journey mapping, prioritization, service design, and planning. We structure the activities to capture evidence, distinguish assumptions, and move from many ideas toward a clear choice. We create enough guidance for participants to contribute without spending the session learning the board. Afterward, we turn the output into a concise record of decisions, owners, and open questions in the team's working system.
How We Use It
Facilitate the real conversation
We test the board with the people leading the session and leave room for unexpected findings. During the workshop, we make sure quieter participants can contribute and that disagreement is recorded rather than smoothed over. We close by checking what has been decided and what still needs research or approval.
A useful board is a tool for a better discussion, not the deliverable by itself. The outcome is a team that understands the problem and can take its next step together.
