MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT

Keep what you built working well.

Launch is not the end of the work. Truesight Maintenance provides ongoing care for approved websites, digital products, storefronts, brand systems, and connected platforms so routine updates, upkeep, and small improvements do not become another internal backlog.

Maintenance FAQs

A few practical details about what Maintenance covers, who it is designed for, and when a larger engagement makes more sense.

What does the Maintenance plan include?

Maintenance covers routine care for approved existing systems. Depending on the property, that may include CMS and content updates, small design changes, scheduled maintenance and deployment, basic performance and accessibility checks, minor usability improvements, and recommendations as needs emerge.

Who is Maintenance for?

The plan is designed primarily for organizations that have completed a qualifying Truesight project or have an existing website, product, or digital system we have reviewed and approved for ongoing support.

Can Truesight maintain something your team did not build?

Yes, when the existing system is a good fit. We may begin with an onboarding audit to understand the platform, implementation, technical condition, and ongoing support needs before accepting it into Maintenance.

What is not included?

Maintenance is not intended for major new pages or sections, new product features, rebrands, large redesigns, campaigns, custom development, substantial conversion work, ongoing content production, or emergency and after-hours response.

When a request moves beyond routine care, we can scope it separately or move the work into an appropriate Project or Sprint.

Is Maintenance an ongoing subscription?

Yes. Maintenance is an ongoing monthly service intended to provide continuity after launch and keep approved systems cared for over time.

What happens when we need something larger?

We will flag the request before beginning work outside the Maintenance scope. Larger initiatives can be quoted as a defined project or moved into a Truesight Sprint when the work requires continued capacity.
