SINGLE PROJECT ENGAGEMENTS

Defined scope. Clear outcomes.

Project engagements are designed for organizations with a specific problem to solve, decision to make, or initiative to bring into the world. We define the objective first, then assemble the right mix of strategy, design, technology, and execution around it.You are buying the outcome and the work required to reach it—not a block of hours.

Project FAQs

A few practical details about scope, pricing, timelines, and what happens when a project grows beyond the original brief.

How is project pricing determined?

We price projects around the scope, complexity, capabilities required, and outcome we are responsible for delivering. The figures above are starting points; every engagement receives a final scope and quote before work begins.

Do I need to know which service I need?

No. Start with the problem or outcome. We’ll help determine which Truesight capabilities belong in the engagement and whether the work fits Clarify, Create, Launch, or another path.

What if the project needs more than one service?

That is common. A website may uncover positioning work. A product launch may require brand, web, content, and campaign support. We assemble the engagement around what the objective actually requires rather than asking you to purchase each capability separately.

How long does a project take?

Project schedule is defined during scoping so both teams understand the key milestones and responsibilities before work begins.

What happens if the scope changes?

When new requirements materially change the agreed scope, we’ll discuss the impact before proceeding. Additional work may be quoted as an extension, a separate project, or moved into a Sprint when the need becomes ongoing.

When should I choose a Sprint instead?

Choose a project when there is a clear objective and finish line. Choose a Sprint when priorities are expected to evolve and you need reserved Truesight capacity across ongoing strategy, design, product, web, or launch work.
