ONGOING SPRINTS

Senior creative and strategic capacity close to the work.

Sprint FAQs

A few practical details about reserved capacity, changing priorities, minimum commitments, and when a Sprint makes more sense than a defined project.

What is a Truesight Sprint?

A Sprint is an ongoing engagement that reserves Truesight capacity around your organization’s active priorities. Rather than purchasing a predetermined list of deliverables, we work from an agreed set of objectives and continually prioritize the work with your team.

How are Momentum, Cultivate, and Advance different?

The tiers reflect the amount of capacity, complexity, and number of priorities the engagement needs to support. Momentum is designed around a focused workstream, Cultivate supports several connected priorities, and Advance provides our deepest level of ongoing involvement.

Are Sprints based on hours?

No. Sprints are priced around reserved capacity and the level of involvement required, rather than selling a fixed block of hourly labor. We agree on priorities, keep the work visible, and focus that capacity where it creates the most value.

Can priorities change during the engagement?

Yes. That flexibility is one of the main reasons to use a Sprint. Priorities can shift as the company learns, launches, grows, or encounters new needs, provided the work remains appropriate for the level of capacity reserved.

How long is the commitment?

Sprints begin with a three-month minimum engagement. That gives us enough time to understand the organization, establish working rhythms, and create meaningful momentum rather than treating the relationship as a sequence of disconnected requests.

What if we need more capacity than our current Sprint allows?

We’ll surface that early. We can reprioritize the active work, move the engagement to a larger Sprint level, or scope a separate project when a new initiative would consume too much of the reserved capacity.

When should I choose a project instead?

Choose a defined project when the objective, scope, and finish line are reasonably clear. Choose a Sprint when the work is ongoing, priorities are likely to evolve, or you need senior Truesight capacity available across several connected needs.

Is Maintenance the same thing as a Sprint?

No. Maintenance is designed to care for an existing approved system through routine updates, upkeep, and small improvements. Sprints are for actively moving new strategic, creative, product, web, or launch priorities forward.

*Sprints reserve capacity, not hours. Priorities can shift within the agreed engagement as the work evolves.
