Questions before we build together?

Planning a project should feel clear before it feels complicated. These answers cover the kinds of work we take on, how we partner, how budgets are shaped, and what happens after you share the vision.

What kinds of projects does Truesight take on?

We partner with visionary leaders to create, cultivate, and launch digital experiences that advance their vision of a better future.

That can include brand systems, marketing websites, product strategy, UX/UI design, MVPs, fundraising prototypes, web apps, launch campaigns, automation, content systems, and ongoing product or creative support.

We work with early-stage founders, established businesses, nonprofits, churches, mission-driven organizations, and startup teams that need a strategic creative partner to help move meaningful work forward.

What happens after I submit the Plan a Project form?

After you submit the form, we review the details of your project, including your vision, scope, budget, timeline, and current needs.

If there is a strong fit, the next step is a project planning conversation. That conversation is used to clarify the opportunity, identify the right engagement model, and determine whether the project is best suited for Clarify, Create, Cultivate, a custom engagement, or a fund-supported path.

The goal is not to rush into a proposal. The goal is to understand the work clearly enough to recommend the right next step.

Do you charge hourly?

No. Truesight does not sell hours. We partner around outcomes.

Hourly pricing often creates the wrong incentives: slower work, unclear value, and a constant tension between time spent and progress made. We believe visionary work should be measured by clarity, momentum, quality, and meaningful progress — not minutes.

Our engagement model is built around defined outcomes, creative capacity, and focused partnership. Depending on the project, that may look like a strategic sprint, a project-based build, or an ongoing subscription partnership.

How much should I budget for a project?

Project budgets depend on the scope, timeline, complexity, and level of creative or technical support required.

A focused strategy, audit, or prototype engagement will be smaller than a full brand system, website, MVP, or embedded product partnership. The Plan a Project form includes budget questions so we can understand what level of support makes sense before starting a conversation.

If you are unsure what your budget should be, that is okay. Share the clearest range you have, and we can help determine whether the project is aligned with Clarify, Create, Cultivate, or a custom path.

Do you work with nonprofits, churches, or organizations with limited budgets?

Yes. Truesight works with nonprofits, churches, ministries, and mission-driven organizations, and we know that meaningful organizations often need excellent creative support before they have access to full commercial budgets.

Through Truesight Fund, a portion of our work is reinvested into projects that advance the good, the true, and the beautiful. When possible, we provide creative, branding, marketing, and digital support at cost, partially subsidized, or free of charge.

Fund-supported work is reviewed based on mission alignment, need, scope, timing, and available giving capacity.
