This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how Truesight handles refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, digital products, and paid services purchased directly through our website or through a written agreement.

Specific project terms may vary based on a signed proposal, statement of work, subscription agreement, client agreement, or checkout terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with this general policy, the signed agreement will control.

Digital Products

Digital products may include templates, downloads, resources, presets, courses, files, guides, toolkits, or other digital materials sold directly through Truesight.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately, all digital product sales are generally final once access has been granted.

Refunds may be considered in limited situations, such as:

• Duplicate purchases
• Technical delivery issues that cannot be resolved
• Incorrect product access
• Billing errors
• Other circumstances reviewed at our discretion

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

If Truesight offers subscriptions, memberships, retainers, or recurring digital access, cancellation terms will be described at checkout or in the applicable agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Access to subscription materials, services, or resources may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Project Deposits

For client projects, deposits, retainers, kickoff payments, or first-month payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, resources have been reserved, strategy has been performed, or project capacity has been allocated.

This protects the time, planning, creative direction, and team capacity required to prepare and begin the work.

Project Cancellations

A client may request to cancel a project by providing written notice to Truesight.

If a project is canceled, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed, time reserved, resources allocated, expenses incurred, and deliverables produced up to the cancellation date, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Depending on the engagement, cancellation may also be subject to minimum commitment periods, notice requirements, or remaining payment obligations described in the signed agreement.

Rescheduling or Pausing a Project

Projects may be rescheduled or paused only with written approval from Truesight.

If a project is delayed because required materials, approvals, content, access, feedback, or decisions are not provided on time, Truesight may adjust timelines, pause work, revise scope, or update pricing as needed.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

Truesight may provide strategy, design, branding, websites, product support, launch planning, marketing support, and digital resources. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, traffic, conversions, search rankings, funding, audience growth, or business outcomes unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Custom Work and Final Deliverables

Custom creative work, strategy, design, development, branding, copywriting, consulting, and implementation are generally not refundable once work has been performed.

Ownership, licensing, usage rights, and delivery of final files will be governed by the applicable client agreement, proposal, or statement of work.
