Overview
Give the idea a visual sequence
A storyboard can tell a client what will happen, but sometimes the real question is how a scene will feel in motion. Google Flow provides a workspace for generating and arranging visual material with Google's models, including Veo. We use it to test scene ideas, transitions, and visual direction early enough that the team can still change the plan.
The goal is not to replace a treatment with a pile of generated shots. A useful sequence has a point of view, a clear subject, and a reason for each scene to follow the last.
What We Do With it
Visual treatments and scene exploration
We can shape prompts and references around a campaign or product story, develop alternate shots, and evaluate how a scene supports the script or message. We connect the generated work to a storyboard and edit plan so reviewers can discuss choices in context. We identify what needs consistency across shots and what should be rebuilt with filmed, designed, or licensed material for final delivery. Sound and pacing are part of the review, not an afterthought.
How We Use It
Test the sequence in a real placement
We begin with a small moment, perhaps an opening shot and transition for a launch video. We generate alternatives, place them in order with the intended copy or voiceover, and ask whether a viewer understands the promise. We review unexpected artifacts and details that could undermine trust.
The chosen treatment becomes a clearer production brief. Flow helps us make a visual idea discussable and testable before the team commits to the full piece.
