Overview
Find the thread in the material
A founder may know the service deeply but struggle to explain it without an hour of background. Claude can work through documents, notes, and drafts to help surface themes and questions. That makes it useful for early messaging work when the raw material is substantial and the team needs to understand what is actually distinctive.
We treat the model as a working partner in synthesis. It can propose structure and language, but a client’s claims, experience, and priorities still need a human check. We want the final message to sound like the organization and help its audience decide.
What We Do With it
From source notes to usable language
We can organize interviews and internal documents, identify repeated customer concerns, draft a message hierarchy, and create first versions of website copy, campaign briefs, or thought leadership. We compare output with the original sources and remove statements that sound plausible but are unsupported. We also build reusable instructions that specify voice, audience, and the purpose of each asset without forcing every piece into the same template.
How We Use It
Pressure-test the explanation
We choose a real communication problem, such as explaining why a service costs more or how a product changes an existing workflow. We ask Claude for alternative explanations, then review the assumptions and missing proof with the client. We test the strongest version with the people who sell or deliver the work.
A good result gives the team a clearer argument it can defend and keep using. The speed of a draft matters because it creates more room for careful decisions, not because it ends the thinking.
