Overview
Find the story in the material
An organization may come back from a shoot with beautiful footage and still be unsure what to say. Premiere gives us a place to assemble the film, but editing begins with a choice about the audience and the one idea they should carry away. The strongest sequence is often discovered by listening carefully to what was actually said.
We work through structure, pace, sound, and picture together. A brand film, product demonstration, founder story, and short social piece serve different jobs. Each needs a beginning that earns attention and an ending that gives the viewer somewhere to go.
What We Do With it
Films made for where they will be seen
We can edit interviews, brand stories, campaign films, tutorials, and short-form variations; build titles and captions; and prepare versions for web, social, and presentations. We consider the role of b-roll, music, and graphics without letting them cover an unclear argument. A useful edit makes the important moments visible and removes the material that slows understanding. It also respects the voice of the person on camera instead of forcing every story into the same commercial rhythm.
How We Use It
Edit the first minute before the whole campaign
We begin with the intended viewer, distribution channel, and available footage. We make a story outline, assemble a rough cut, and test whether the message holds before investing in detailed finishing. Feedback is gathered against the film's objective, not simply a list of favored shots.
We finish with sound, color, readable graphics, and exports that suit each placement. The final video should feel like one coherent piece even when it has to live in several sizes and lengths.
