Web Design

Your website may contain everything a customer needs and still make it difficult to find a reason to act. Services are spread across disconnected pages, the strongest evidence is buried, and the next step changes depending on where someone enters.

Truesight designs websites around the decisions visitors need to make and the work your team needs to support. We connect content, navigation, visual design, and useful page systems so the site can serve the business beyond its first launch.

Help the right visitors understand the business and take the next step.

Web design shapes how an organization is understood online. It determines how information is organized, what receives attention, how visitors move between ideas, and where a conversation, inquiry, purchase, or other next step belongs. The visual expression matters because it helps people interpret that information and recognize the company behind it.

A redesign often becomes necessary when the business changes faster than the website. New services have been added without revisiting the navigation. The brand has matured, but key pages still reflect an older offer. Marketing needs to launch new content, yet each page requires a fresh design because the site has no useful set of templates.

We develop the website experience around agreed audiences, content needs, and business priorities. The work can include site structure, wireframes, responsive page designs, and reusable patterns prepared for implementation. Development may be scoped alongside design or handled by your team; the design work establishes what should be built and how it should behave.

Website Experience + Customer Journeys

The business has moved forward. The website still asks visitors to piece it together.

A prospective customer follows a campaign link and lands on a page that assumes they already understand the offer. Another starts from the homepage, opens several service pages, and finds the same broad promises repeated under different headings. The team knows which customer story would answer their questions, but it sits several clicks away in a section few visitors would think to explore.

Inside the business, the site creates its own set of delays. New campaigns need layouts that the existing templates cannot accommodate. Content decisions arrive late because no one has agreed what each page needs to accomplish. A desktop layout looks convincing in review, then becomes a long, difficult sequence on a phone. Design feedback accumulates around individual sections while the overall journey remains unresolved.

Changing colors or adding more calls to action will not settle those questions. The site needs a deliberate structure for explaining the offer, establishing relevance, and helping people move toward a decision. It also needs a practical way for the team to create future pages without reopening every foundational choice.

Design the journey, the pages, and the patterns that hold them together.

We start with the decisions the website needs to support: who is arriving, what they need to understand, what evidence matters, and what should happen next. We review the current content and available customer insight, then establish a site structure and page priorities. Missing content and unresolved positioning are identified early so the design does not quietly depend on answers no one has approved.

From there, we develop the layouts, visual language, and responsive behavior as a connected experience. Reusable sections are designed around real content rather than empty placeholders, and key journeys are reviewed across screen sizes. We prepare the agreed designs and interaction notes for development, with attention to readability, navigation, and the publishing work the organization will need to do after launch.

Website Architecture & User Journeys

Organize navigation, page hierarchy, and priority visitor paths around audience questions and business goals. Define the purpose and content requirements of the pages that matter most.

Responsive Website & Landing Page Design

Design page layouts that make the offer, evidence, and next step clear across screen sizes. Adapt the experience to different content and entry points without losing the brand.

Website Component & Template Design

Create reusable sections and page templates for services, resources, campaigns, and other agreed content types. Give future publishing work a defined visual and structural foundation.

Interaction Design & Development Handoff

Specify key interactions, responsive behavior, and important interface states. Prepare organized design files and review guidance so the implementation team has fewer decisions to reconstruct.

“Garrhet was a tremendous help during our book launch. He understood what we were trying to communicate and helped us turn those ideas into a much stronger online presence. His advice went well beyond making things look good. He helped us think through how to reach the right audience and make the whole campaign work together. I really appreciated having someone who understood both the creative and marketing sides of the project.”

The website can explain more and require less interpretation.

Visitors get a more deliberate path through the business. Information appears in an order that supports understanding, evidence sits closer to the claims it supports, and the next step fits the page's purpose. Someone arriving through a specific service or resource can find enough context to continue without first reconstructing the entire company from the homepage.

Your team has a more useful structure for publishing and review. A new page can begin with an appropriate template, a content brief, and established visual patterns. Designers spend less time revisiting basic layout decisions, and content owners can see what is needed before the build is underway. The website becomes easier to extend without gradually turning into a collection of unrelated campaign treatments.

Once implemented, the design also gives future improvement work a clearer starting point. The organization can examine how a defined journey performs and adjust the relevant page, message, or interaction. Outcomes still depend on the offer, traffic, content, and quality of implementation; design does not replace those factors. It creates an experience that can be evaluated and improved against a more specific set of intentions.
