The Vision

For a brighter future where financial products feel relevant to the people using them and trustworthy at every step.

Credova

Project Overview

Credova is a consumer-finance platform serving outdoor and specialty retail. This work was completed by Garrhet Sampson during his employed leadership role at Credova and is presented as selected prior experience, not a Truesight client engagement. The work spanned brand, web, product, and growth design across the customer experience while also supporting affiliated payments and giving products within a publicly traded technology company.

The Gap

Credova operated in a category where trust was essential, but the brand and digital experience also needed to feel relevant to the customers actually using the product. Consumer financing had to carry the credibility expected from a financial institution without becoming cold, generic, or disconnected from the outdoor and specialty-retail communities it served.

That challenge extended beyond marketing. Brand communication, merchant experiences, websites, product interfaces, campaigns, and sales materials needed to feel like parts of the same company rather than separate creative systems.

The opportunity was to rebuild that experience from the foundation up: clearer positioning, stronger standards, better-performing digital experiences, and a system capable of serving customers, merchants, partners, product teams, and executive stakeholders.

The System

The work established and documented a comprehensive brand system spanning positioning, voice, visual identity, product, marketing, and merchant communications. Shared standards created greater consistency across the company while leaving enough flexibility for distinct audiences and product experiences.

Three expansive web properties were redesigned and rebuilt in Webflow in roughly three months using more than 40 reusable components, responsive systems, interactive 3D elements, and AJAX-style transitions. CRO and inbound performance were supported through A/B testing, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, event tracking, CRM forms, and conversion dashboards.

The system extended into product UX, financial dashboards, partner campaigns, investor materials, executive presentations, and product demonstrations. Co-branded campaigns with Staccato, Weatherby, Daniel Defense, and other partners connected each company’s story to Credova’s brand and a clear path toward purchase.

The Work

The redesign created a much more unified environment across brand, product, marketing, and web. Customers could move between Credova’s website, financing experience, dashboards, sales materials, and co-branded campaigns with partners including Staccato, Weatherby, and Daniel Defense without the experience feeling fragmented. Each collaboration balanced the partner’s identity with Credova’s financing message and a clear path toward purchase.

Reusable components, documented brand standards, UX patterns, analytics infrastructure, and shared creative direction gave cross-functional teams a stronger foundation for future work across product, marketing, sales, and partnerships.

The Results

The work substantially changed both the quality and consistency of Credova’s brand, product, and digital experience while establishing infrastructure capable of supporting continued growth.

Three major web properties were rebuilt in approximately three months, supported by more than 40 reusable components and an A+ performance rating. The same standards carried into product launches, financial interfaces, campaigns, executive materials, and partner experiences.

Additional growth and conversion metrics can be incorporated once the supporting analytics are confirmed.
